Making a good first impression is key to landing a job, but so is the resume and cover letter you leave behind.
That’s one of the few skills being taught Thursday at the workshops being hosted at the Black Press Extreme Education and Career Fair.
The career fair, happening at the Cloverdale Agriplex until 4 p.m., has more than 80 companies and organizations attempting to attract the best talent B.C. has to offer.
The Black Press Extreme Education and Career Fair is a free event that takes place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sept. 28 at the Cloverdale Agriplex, 17798 62 Ave. in Surrey.
