Acting workshop in Alberni

Portal Players Dramatic Society presents an acting workshop for adult female actors (18 years and older) this Saturday, Nov. 17 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Capitol Theatre.

This workshop will cover the art of acting natural on stage using imagination, relaxation, improv and monologues. Participants will learn to act from their heart and not from the script.

The workshop is free for Portal Players members and $10 for non-members. Registration in advance is required, either by e-mail to- capitoltheatre@shaw.ca or by phone at 250-723-1195.

The workshop will be conducted by Gwynne Hunt.

For information about the workshop, please contact Derek Burke by e-mail at derekjburke@gmail.com.
