Local shooters get some play

There is only one week left to see the arrangement of photographs presented by the Alberni Valley Photo Club.

From local birds to far away exotic places, this exhibit of photographs captures it all. You won’t want to miss this exhibit showcasing some of our own local photographers.

New show on the way

Jim Kermeen will be the featured artist.

Kermeen is showcasing his first exhibit, which is a mix of acrylic paintings called ConglomerART.

You can meet Kermeen on Saturday, Feb. 9 from 1-3 p.m. in the gallery.

Don’t miss this vibrant show.

Take a look for some books

The Community Arts Council is accepting gently used books for our annual book sale.

Please drop off all your gently used books, puzzles and even C.D.’s in the box located under the stairs at the Rollin Art Centre.

The council is not accepting encyclopedia’s, text books and library books.

This is one of the council’s biggest fundraisers, so please help with this great fundraiser and we thank you for your continued support.
