TAKE NOTICE THAT on 14/DEC/2023 an Order was made for service on you of a Notice of Civil Claim issued from the Vancouver Registry of the Supreme Court of British Columbia in proceeding number M-230394, by way of this advertisement.
In the proceeding, the Plaintiff claims the following relief against you: general damages, special damages, Court Order Interest and such further and other relief which this Honourable Court deems just, arising from personal injuries the Plaintiff sustained as a result of a motor vehicle collision that occurred on or about March 29, 2015 at or near the intersection of 96 Avenue and 123rd Street in Surrey, British Columbia, when a motor vehicle being operated by you, the Defendant Tyson Rai, collided with a motor vehicle occupied by the Plaintiff.
You must file a responding pleading, a Response To Civil Claim, within the period required under the Supreme Court Civil Rules, failing which further proceedings, including judgment, may be taken against you without notice to you.
