Take notice that, the Alberni-Clayoquot Regional District has applied to the Ministry of Forests, (FOR), South Island Natural Resource District, for a Licence
of Occupation for the purposes of Transportation - Airport/Airstrip to remove trees within the Obstacle Limitation Surface for the Port Alberni Airpport, situated on provincial Crown Land located within those parts of District Lots 209, 130, 109E&N, 157E&N, 170E&N, 266
E&N, and Block A of District Lot 130, all within Alberni District, containing 181.56 hectares, more or less
