Public Notice - Annual Municipal Report
The City’s Annual Municipal Report for the year ended December 31, 2022 is available for your inspection at portalberni.ca and at City Hall, 4850 Argyle Street, Port Alberni, BC between the hours of [8:30 am to 4:30 pm] Monday to Friday, except statutory holidays.
Thereport includes: audited financial statements, permissive tax exemptions, reporting on corporate objectives, achievements and activities, message from the Mayor and more.
Council will consider the 2022 Annual Municipal Report, including submissions and questions from the public in reference to the report, at the Regular Council meeting held on Monday, June 26, 2023 at 2:00 pm. Submissions and questions for consideration at the Regular meeting may also be submitted as follows:
- by mail addressed to City Council, 4850 Argyle Street, Port Alberni, BC, V9Y 1V8
- hand delivered to City Hall reception or placed in the mail slot located at the main [front] entrance
- by email to council@portalberni.ca
