below:

Legal Description: THE SOUTH 2.5 CHAINS OF THE NORTH 15 CHAINS OF THE SOUTH EAST .OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 1, BARCLAY DISTRICT, EXCEPT THAT PART IN PLAN 47755
Bylaw P1485 will rezone a portion of the subject property fromRural (A2) District to Acreage Residential (RA2) District in order to facilitate subdivision to a 0.4 hectare (1 acre) minimum lot size and to support the proposed two lot subdivision.

Providing an opportunity for public input is a top priority for the ACRD.
A public hearing is not required for Bylaw P1485 as it is consistent with the Bamfield Official Community Plan.
If you would like to provide your input on this bylaw, please submit your comments to the ACRD by:

- Email sent to planning@acrd.bc.ca
Email submissions will only be considered received if receipt confirmation is provided by ACRD staff. Written submissions must be received by 4:30pmon October 24, 2023 . Submissions provided after this time will not be considered by the Board before first reading of the bylaw.
