Glen passed away peacefully from cancer on July 22, 2016 at McKenney Creek Hospice, Maple Ridge, B.C. at age 85. He was born in Herbert, Saskatchewan on August 9, 1930. He was surrounded by his family as he took his last breath. He is survived by his wife of 60 years Selma, daughter Terry, sons Dan (Angie), Mike (Myra), granddaughter Stacey (Damian) and brother Gordon. He worked as a piledriver/bridgeman from 1952 until his retirement in 1992 and was still a member of the Piledrivers Union Local 2404. He spent many years after he retired building wooden models of cranes, trucks, cars, furniture and any other project we could dream up. A gathering for family and friends will take place at the Eagles Hall, 23461 Fern Cres., Maple Ridge, B.C., V4R 2S6, from 1:00pm -3:00 pm on Sunday, August 14, 2016.
