passed away peacefully at West Coast General Hospital on November 16, 2015.
Predeceased by her husband Walter, and four siblings. Marjorie is survived by her four children: Penny (John), Cheryl (Tom), Greg (Kim), and James; 11 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren, as well as numerous, nieces, nephews and extended family.
Marjorie came to the Alberni Valley in the late 60s with her husband, Walter. She quickly came to love the sights the Valley has to offer. Marjorie would often watch the ships come into port at the Harbour Quay. She loved going to dinners with friends and playing cards afterwards; rummy being a particular favourite.
Following Marjorie’s wishes, a private family gathering will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Marjorie’s name to a charity of your choice.
