It is with great sadness that we have to announce the passing of a great man / Dad / Other Half / Papa, Philip Wayne Armstrong. He passed away on Friday October 7/16. He was a kind, gentle & strong man. He was a good friend & loved dearly by his family and he will be truly missed by his partner Daphne M. Atwal. No service by request.
