Re: One less park to play in, Letters, July 18
I would like to respond to a letter in the last paper from Gerry Walerius.
Being very close to the age of being a “shuffler and stroller” myself, I am insulted by this comment. I also think that somebody who sits on the board of a senior housing society might want to think twice before making derogatory remarks about us seniors.
Kudos to Rainbow Gardens for seeing the need of more senior housing and moving on it.
