Re: Liberals, not NDP, to blame for forestry troubles, Letters, April 13.
Mr. Weir should check the Forest Act - chapter 15 - part 10-1996 when Mr. Glen Clark and the NDP were in power in British Columbia.
mayb the B.C. Liberals did take the appurtenancy clause out, but the damage was already done by the NDP in 1996 by adding exemptions to the appurtenancy clause.
