Alberni men's bonspiel rocks

The 60th Annual Quality Foods Men’s Bonspiel goes into the record books as a success.

More than 48 rinks vied for bonspiel championship at the Alberni Curling Club facility last weekend.

Winners after Sunday’s final events:

The Randy Zinkiew rink from Mill Bay won the A Event. Craig Rampton from Marpole won the B Event. Brent Dellebuur from Duncan won the C Event. Brian Scorer from Nanaimo won the D Event. And Tracy Branch from Courtenay won the E Event.

The final men’s bonspiel – the Aurora Roofing Mixed Bonspiel – is being held on March 15.
