Faydra and Eric Arsenault have opened Animal Ark in the former Ralph’s Menswear building on Third Avenue, beside the Smoke Stack.
They will be carrying exotic fish, all reptiles except snakes, and rodents such as hamsters, mice, rats and gerbils. They will not have cats or dogs because they don’t want to compete with the SPCA, Faydra said.
