The Alberni Early Years Centre at EJ Dunn Elementary School was packed with families and young children during the annual Family Literacy Day event on Saturday.
Kids, parents and grandparents took part in activities inspired by an interactive reading of the Linda Kranz book Only One You and designed to challenge the whole child.
