Students from Sheila Marshall’s primary class promote their project at the Port Alberni Christian School. Students from Kindergarten to Grade 8 last fall dissected flower bulbs to find out about the parts of the plant, then planted a number of daffodil bulbs. Primary students said ‘night-night’ to the bulbs, wishing them a happy sleep over winter. Just after spring break, the bulbs popped up and the promises that had been planted last fall were fulfilled.
