The Port Alberni Kinsmen continued with a 20-year tradition on Christmas Day, visiting residents at Westhaven long-term care home.
Along with spouses and Kin kids, they brought along Santa Claus, who visited with each resident and handed out chocolates. Family members led a rousing Christmas carolling session as well.
The Kinsmen also donated more than $700 in gift cards from local establishments, like the Donut Shop, to enhance residents' lives with treats or necessities.
