The Alberni District Fall Fair Association held their annual volunteer appreciation night on Saturday, Nov. 16 in the Kinsmen Community Centre basement. There were more than 80 volunteers that made this past Fall Fair such a huge success.
President Mitch Gardner gave a special thanks to everyone for their much-appreciated help. Kinsmen Dave Best said grace before everyone enjoyed a tasty meal that had been catered by Patsy Wangler and crew.
Following dinner, Mitch gave thanks to everyone and called up the board who he said all worked very well together.
There was a silent auction of items that volunteers had brought to the event.
The Fall Fair board would like to give a huge thank you to everyone for their participation and looks forward to having their help again next year, at the 80th annual Fall Fair.
