Playwright Jen Fisher-Bradley is looking for female actors for her play Connections, to be performed at the Fringe Festival in June.

Connections is a play about climate change: part science fiction, part fantasy, written for a general audience. Fisher-Bradley has auditioned male actors, but still needs people to fill the female roles.

To arrange an audition, please call Fisher-Bradley at 250-724-7308 or come to the Main Artery, 4969 Argyle St.

Fisher-Bradley is also looking for hand drummers and chanting voices for musical accents in the play.

Rehearsals begin the first week of May for Summer Solstice performances.

Be part of all the Fringe fun, participate.

The Alberni Valley’s first-ever Fringe Theatre Festival is bringing 19 different shows, both local and out-of-town, to the stage at the Capitol Theatre from June 21-23.
