Emergency personnel continue to investigate a serious collision between a cyclist and a vehicle at 10th Avenue and Dunbar Street before 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 9.
Tenth Avenue was closed between Dunbar Street and Argyle Road, meaning that access to the 10th Avenue “dip” was also closed.
