Convicted sex offender on the run from B.C. halfway house found in Quebec

Vancouver police say a convicted sex offender who failed to return to his halfway house last week has been found in eastern Canada.

Four-time offender Joseph Davis, 47, was found driving in Quebec early Sunday morning, in the Mercedes SUV police say he purchased earlier this month.
