The North Island Film Commission is exploring the possibility of using the old Gill Elementary School site for a production.
The film would highlight both the negative and positive effects of social media.
“At this point in time they’re just scouting sites,” said Lindsay Cheetham, SD70 secretary and treasurer. “They’re going to be looking at various places in January and February.”
