The Canadian Cancer Society’s Relay for Life may be cancelled in Port Alberni this year, but Paramount Theatre’s team has a Plan B.
Manager James Huysmans has organized Reel-ay for life, a movie marathon that will take place overnight June 22-23—the same time the actual relay was to have taken place.
He hopes to start the 12-hour marathon with the 9 p.m. late show on June 22.
