Power outage in Alberni

Power outages have affected over 2,000 customers in Port Alberni.

A tree down across BC Hydro wires has cut power to over 2,300 customers. Hydro cred are enroute.

Strong winds and rain have downed trees around the Alberni Valley. Residents are urged to use caution while driving and be mindful of hydro crews working to restore power.
