Legal Description: LOT 5, DISTRICT LOT 40, ALBERNI DISTRICT, PLAN 6640
Bylaw P1519 will rezone the 0.81 hectare (2 acre) property from Small Holdings District (A1) to Acreage Residential District (RA3) to facilitate a two-lot subdivision with a 0.24 hectare (0.6 acre) minimum lot size.

Providing an opportunity for public input is a top priority for the ACRD.
A public hearing is not held for Bylaw P1519 as the rezoning is consistent with the Beaver Creek Official Community Plan.

Email submissions will only be considered received if receipt confirmation is provided by ACRD staff. Written submissions must be received by 4:30 pm on Tuesday, March 25, 2025.
Submissions provided after this time will not be considered by the Board before first reading of the bylaw.
