NOTICE OF LEASE OF LAND
Community Charter s. 26
The City of Port Alberni (the “City”) intends to:
Lease: the Alberni Valley Multiplex [civic address: 3737 Roger Street] to: 1207655 B.C. Ltd. who will use it for: the operations of the Alberni Valley Bulldogs Hockey Team and Port Alberni Bombers Jr. B Hockey Team during a 10-year Term ending: July 31, 2034 and lease payments of: $26,271.12 per year for the Bulldogs and $22,197.26 for the Bombers plus taxes including annual CPI increases and increasing annually for the duration of the agreement.
