Lease: Land District 01 UNIT 13 AT ALBERNI HARBOUR QUAY – LEASE FROM CITY OF PORT ALBERNI FOR Blue Fish Gallery Art & Gift Shop Licence #HQ13 located at: #13 – 5440 Argyle Street, Port Alberni, BC and known as: Alberni Harbour Quay to: Blue Fish Gallery Art & Gift Shop who will use it for: the purpose of retailing locally made art and gifts during a Term ending: April 30, 2027 and lease payments of: $349.02 per month/plus taxes including annual CPI increases for the term of the lease.
