The City of Port Alberni (the “City”) intends to:
Lease: Alberni Valley Multiplex;
Located at: located at 3737 Roger Street, Port Alberni, V9Y 8J4;
To: West Coast Hockey Prep Camp;
Who will use it for: the purpose of an annual hockey training camp;
During a Term of: 10 years commencing January 1, 2026 and terminating December 31, 2035; and
Payments of: a flat rate each year which shall also increase by the same value as the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of the previous year, starting at $77,487.43
