Notice of Proposed Property Disposition
In accordance with Sections 24 & 26 of the Community Charter the City of Port Alberni hereby gives notice of its intent to sell to Lefevre Group the Portion of Lane immediately adjacent to the north of 2866 4thAvenue, legally described as Part of Lot 1, District Lot 1, Alberni District Plan 16187 for the purchase price of $8800.00 plus tax. The purchaser will be constructing a five storey mixed-use building consisting of ground level commercial and approximately 40 residential units.
