The subject property is located at 8558 Stirling Arm Drive and is legally described as LOT 77, DISTRICT LOT 120, ALBERNI DISTRICT, PLAN 7770.
The property owners have applied for a temporary use permit (TUP) to allow them to operate a short-term rental (STR) in a 624 square foot single family dwelling on the subject property.
