In Loving Memory ~ Albino Krivicich passed away peacefully on September 14, 2021, at West Coast General Hospital at the age of 87.
Albino will be deeply missed by his wife Gloria, son Ed (Ashley), grandchildren Maxim & Halayna, brother Nadalin, sister Anica and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his sister Graciela and brother Benito.
Albino was born on March 01, 1934 in Lubenice, Croatia. He came to Canada in 1957 and spent 10 years working on the railroad in Ontario. In 1969 he embarked on a cross country trip and ended up in Port Alberni. He found work in the Plywood Mill where he worked until retirement.
Albino loved to make (and drink) his own wine. He would always be eager to attend a party and loved to sing and dance with friends. Throughout his life he was an avid hunter and fisherman. In retirement, his passion turned to beekeeping where he could often be found tending to his bees.
A funeral service will be held at Notre Dame Church on September 29, 2021 at 11 am.
