After a courageous battle with cancer, Fred has passed peacefully at Ty Watson House Hospice in Port Alberni, BC.
Fred was predeceased by his wife Louise (Oct/2019) and Nancy (Nov/1971).
He will be dearly missed by his 4 children: John (Lisa), Cathy, David and Richard (Bobbi Jo). His 5 grandchildren (Aaron, Andrew, Olivia, Kaylem and Kenny as well as his 2 great grandchildren (Emma and Graeme), will ensure his memory lives on through generations. He will also be missed by his Family in Amherstburg, LaSalle, and Tecumseh, and by his many dear Friends in Port Alberni, BC.
He was a carpenter by trade throughout his life, which began in LaSalle Ontario. He will be remembered by all for his humour and kindness. He was a strong and proud man.
A memorial will be held at a future date.
