She was one of the first Sunshine Club members in 1967 when she, along with her father joined – at that time a person did not have to be over 50 – she received her life time membership to the Sunshine Club in 1993.
Ann loved being involved in Echo Centre and was frequently there getting involved with all the activities and classes. A wonderful seamstress, she sewed the wedding dresses as well as all bridesmaid dresses for her daughter’s weddings. Always busy around the home her family remembers fondly that Monday was bread making day, she made the best bread ever.
Ann will be remembered as an amazing, talented, kind, welcoming person who was so loved by all she touched. She passed with dignity in the same way that she lived her life.
The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thanks to Rainbow Gardens for the wonderful care their mother received over the last 5 1/2 years.
