June 14, 1932 - July 10, 2018
It is with sadness that that we announce that Arthur Desmond Pullman passed into the presence of his Lord on Tuesday, July 10, 2018. He was born in Saskatoon on June 14, 1932.

Art grew up the youngest of a family of 5 and the only boy. He developed his sense of adventure and hard work growing up on the family farm. He worked for a number of years as a surveyor and would do complicated math in his head. His keen mind could work out almost any problem. Later he worked as a longshoreman in and around the Vancouver waterfront. Upon retiring he relocated to Port Alberni to manage his apartment building and be closer to family. Art's love of adventure kept him interested in many and diverse activities. He enjoyed swimming, scuba diving, hunting, fishing, photography and was never afraid of hard work. When he was healthy, he was never one to sit still and was always busy with one project or another.

He will be missed by his wife Maureen, his children Debbie Cumming of Christina Lake and David (Houmi) of Grand Forks; step-children Robert (Tanya) Kallis of MacKenzie, and Raeleen (Andrew) Chapman of N. Sydney, NS; grandchildren Hannah, Joseph, Caleb, Isaiah, Jaiden, Julian, Kaitlyn and Kaiden. He is also survived by his sisters Irma (Ron) Watson and Marilyn (Eli) Savoy both of Saskatoon, SK and Sylvia (Denis) Dionne of Calgary, AB; nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Besides his parents, Art was predeceased by his sister Florence Spletzer.

A Funeral Service was held on Monday, July 16, 2018 at Elim Tabernacle followed by an interment at Greenwood Cemetery.
