October 20, 1968 – October 1, 2016 Wallace Jr. passed away at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital with family by his side on October 1, 2016, at the age of 47. Survived by his children Danielle (Cody), Dane (Stephanie), Zachary, Bria, and Elianna; wife Lisa; grandchildren Arliss, Zachary Jr., and Keira; parents Wallace Sr. and Donna; siblings Edward, Ruby, Robyn, and Richard; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended families. Beloved father, son, husband, brother, grandfather and friend. Wally leaves a huge void in all of our lives. A Memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at the Friendship Center, 3555 4th Ave, Port Alberni, BC. A Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at the Chapel of Memories, 4005 6th Avenue, Port Alberni, BC with Rick Lindholm officiating.
