Carla passed away peacefully at the age of 46, with family by her side in Port Alberni, BC. She was a big part of the SLFD and community.
A Celebration of Life including a Line of Duty Death Service by the Sproat Lake Fire Department will be held at the Alberni Athletic Hall, on Sunday, January 13, 2019 at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family would encourage guests to bring a non-perishable food item for donation to the Ty Watson House, or to donate to the Alberni Valley Hospice Society, 3088 3rd Ave, Port Alberni, BC.
