Cook, Carol Beth passed away in Port Alberni on Monday, June 15, 2020 at the age of 79 years.
Predeceased by her parents and sister Leona; Carol is survived by loving husband Bill; children Carmen (Denise), Caralee (Brad) and Carla (Lindsey); grandchildren Adam (David), Jessica (Craig), Dustin (Janine), Cody (Rachel), Carlie (Mark) and Noah; 6 great grandchildren; her dear friend Elsie Dame; as well as extended family and friends.
Born in North Battleford, SK, Carol and her husband arrived in the Alberni Valley in 2002 where she immediately got involved in the community. Carol was a caring and giving person who volunteered her time with Hospice as well as her church. She had a way of making everyone feel special and to her, no one was a stranger. Carol was strong in her faith and is Home now rejoicing with her family in the Presence of the Lord.
"Dear Lord, Dad wants to thank you for 61 years with the love of his life and we want to thank you for our beautiful, loving Mom, Grandma & Nana. She taught us to know and love You and to love others unconditionally."
Due to current restrictions, a gathering will be held at a later date.
