October 10, 1933 - October 8, 2022
Our family is heart broken to announce the passing of our much loved father, grandfather and great grandfather just two days before his 89th birthday.
Bob was born to Charles and Barbara Clark in Morrisburg, Ontario. He met his wife, Madeleine (Mag) in Cornwall, Ontario and they relocated with their five children to Gold River in 1967, then moved to Nanaimo in 1972 where he lived until recently, spending his last four months in Port Alberni, a place he always loved to spend his summers fishing.
Bob was a very hard worker, working in pulp and paper mills, construction and owning his own welding shop for many years, with a flair for designing wrought iron creations.
Bob was predeceased by his wife Mag on August 25, 2018 and his daughter Nancy Braschuk July 8, 2021. Left behind to mourn his passing are his daughters Linda Ramsay (Late Brian), Susan Mann (Cal), Lisa Reynard (Kirk) and son James Clark (Myrna).
His grandchildren and great grandchildren will also dearly miss their visits with their beloved Papa.
Everyone who knew Bob will remember him for his sense of humour, quick wit, kindness and generosity. He will be deeply missed.
As per Bob's wishes a private family service has already taken place.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the S.P.C.A or a charity of your choice.
