oleen Patricia Fekete, beloved wife of Gabe Fekete lost her battle to cancer July 8th. 2019 at the Palliative Care Unit in Nanaimo. She was a loving, wonderful, determined, strong and beautiful lady inside and out and loved by everyone who knew her. Coleen is now a new Ambassador for God residing in heaven. She leaves behind a large family including her adoring husband Gabe, her mother Catherine Newton, sons Darrin Palmer, Cody Palmer and Ronnie Palmer, step children Julie Shaw, Pamela Slowleigh and Dennis Fekete along with nine grandchildren, sisters Cathy Gogo, Cindy Gogo, Debbie Hallworth and Ronda Gogo plus Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and countless friends.
A Mass will be held at Notre Dame Parish in Port Alberni on Saturday Sep. 21st at 5:00 pm. In lieu of gifts, if you so choose, please donate to the BC Cancer Society or the NRGH Palliative Care Unit who together so gently and lovingly took care of Coleen. God Bless.
