Elfra Davidson passed away in Port Alberni on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at the age of 99 years.
She is survived by her loving family at Jericho Road Church.
Born on the mainland, she grew up in Port Alberni when her family moved to the Valley to run the Somass Motel along with her aunt and uncle. She briefly left the valley to go to school in Vancouver and Victoria for bookkeeping courses before coming back to Port Alberni. She worked for Stone Brothers for over 20 years.
She was a volunteer bookkeeper for the Seaman's Haven, Bread of Life and a number of other charities. Elfra had a gift for numbers and keeping books in order and she used her gift for associations that supported the community.
