April 8, 1922 - February 25, 2021
It is with heavy hearts the family of Elsie Reynolds announces her passing on February, 25, 2021.
Predeceased by her husband, Carl (1988); son, Ross (2003); and infant grandson, Adam (1981). Survived by her children, Norm (Leckie), Ken (Joan) and Velma (Norm) Schwarz; daughter-in-law Lorraine; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
Mom was the quintessential homemaker, renowned for her fresh buns, delicious baking, and waffles with ice cream on Sundays after Church. She was an active longtime member of First United Church, volunteered at Rollin Art Centre, and enjoyed walking the dyke with close friends.
In 2010, Mom moved into Heritage Place where she enjoyed the friendly staff, the good company of the residents and the many activities. In 2017, she moved to Rainbow Gardens/Tsawaayus where she was treated like a queen!
We will always be grateful for their care and attention to Mom. The family also thanks cousin, Lynda Dalton and close friend, Ann McMillen for always being there for Mom. Special thanks to Dr. A. Fraser for his care over the years.
