Gillian Rosemary Trumper

Gillian Rosemary Trumper passed away in the arms of her loving family, on October 11, 2019 at Ty Watson House, in Port Alberni, British Columbia. Gillian was born in Croydon, England on April 28th, 1936. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Dr. Michael Trumper. She is survived by her four children Owen (Shannon) Trumper of Melbourne, Australia; Carolyn (Jim) Trumper of Red Deer, Alberta; Michael (Ronda) Trumper of Calgary, Alberta and Trish (Michael) Trumper of Victoria, 5 grandchildren and 2 step grandchildren: Alysha Zimmer, Melissa Zimmer, Jordan Trumper, Jackson Trumper, Nicholas Trumper, Tania Parke and Warren Parke. She is survived by her sister, Margaret Dangoor, of London, England, sister-in-law's Gill and Frances of England, numerous nieces and nephews, and her beloved four legged companion Peanut. She leaves many dear friends behind. Her integrity, energy and enigmatic smile were an inspiration to all. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mom and would appreciate that in lieu of flowers if you could kindly donate to charities noted:

A Celebration of Gillian's life will be held on Friday November 8th at the Port Alberni Italian Hall 4065 - 6th Avenue, starting @ 2 pm. In keeping with the Celebration, we would request that if possible you wear something bright and colorful.
