In loving memory of Harold Vernon McCulloch ~
Harold passed away peacefully in Port Alberni, with his children by his side. Born in Terrace, BC he moved with his family to Port Alberni in 1945. He worked for 38 years at MacMillan Bloedel's Alply Division until it's closure. Harold enjoyed spending time with family and friends and loved the Alberni Valley.
He is predeceased by his parents Robert and Ida, as well as several brothers and a sister. He is survived by his children, Bruce (Cyndi) Port Alberni, Heather (Joe) Calgary, Cheryl (Aspen, CO), Step-son Nick (Michelle) Port Alberni, brother Bill (Ivy) Port Alberni, sister Jean (Port Alberni), as well as several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
A special thank you to the staff at Tsawaayuus (Rainbow Gardens) for all their support and compassion, the loving friends who spent time with him and Dr. Nell for his thoughtful care.
As per Harold's wishes no service shall be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Rainbow Gardens in Harold's memory.
