In Loving Memory ~
Family and friends of John Kenneth Kelsall sadly announce his passing on February 22nd 2022 just two days before his 85th birthday with loved ones at his side.
John was born and raised in Vancouver, moving to Port Alberni in 1970 to manage the One Hour Martinzing before owing and operating the Island Tilemen for the rest of his career.
John was also a member the Kinsman Club and President of the Fall Fair at which time he was instrumental in the construction of the new Kin Building that now houses entries into the Fall Fair.
John was involved in local sports, Managing the Beaufort Senior Men's Softball team and then moving on to umpire countless ball games.
John leaves behind his two daughters, Linda Buck (Kevin) and Lisa Garry, long time friend and companion, Beverly Thomas, two step children, Tracey Anderson and Al Hawser, seven grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
No service to be held. Donations in John's memory can be made to Ty Watson House, 2579 10th Ave., Port Alberni, B. C. V9Y 1Z8
