Ken is survived by his wife of 60 years, Diane Lupichuk (nee Ehrstien), children Kevin (Lorna), Faith (Terry), Trina (Brad), Kalvin (Michelle), grandchildren Thaney, Quinten (Melissa), Hayden, Logan (Danielle), Alex, Casey (Cole), Haley (Matthew), Kolin, and Hannah (Raymond) as well as his great-grandsons Hunter and Bradley; brothers Kim (Diane) and Barry (Micki), sister-in-law Gail Laslo, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews and special friends Louis and Cecile Hebert and Malcolm Krause.
Ken was born in Kamsack, Saskatchewan to George and Mary Lupichuk. He moved out west to Port Alberni, B.C. in 1957 where he met his wife and started working at the Somass Mill where he worked and raised hell for over 40 years.
Together, he and Diane bought a farm out Beaver Creek where they raised their family. He enjoyed his horses, chickens, cows and growing garlic.
