It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Joan Palmer.
She is predeceased by her husband, Colin Palmer (1994), her brother Bob Stevens, sister in law Margot Stevens and nephew Mike Stevens.
She is survived by her family, Brother Owen Stevens (Evangeline) and their children Alyssa (Drew), Sean (Rachel), Nathaniel (Jenni), Nephew Jeff Stevens (Mandy). Her sons Mike Palmer (Kelly), Jeff Palmer (Heather), John Palmer (Jeanine).
She also leaves behind her grandchildren Greg (Lyndsay), Jennifer (Steven), James, Latycia (Mark), Jeremy, Joshua, Emily, along with 2 great grandchildren and extended family members throughout BC.
The family would like to extend a personal thank you to Dr. White and Missy Netzer for their care, compassion and dedication.
No service or flowers by request and if you so desire a donation in Joan's name, it can be made to either the BCSPCA or Ty Watson House of Port Alberni.
