Feltrin; Mario – May 22, 1935 ~ February 25, 2013
It is with great sadness that the family of Mario Feltrin announce his passing on February 25, 2013. Left to mourn is his wife Claudia of 51 years, daughter Silvia Hart (Ian), grandchildren Ryan and Sara, son Larry (Tanis), grandsons Bryce and Blake. He is also survived by his brother Egidio in Italy, nephews Luigi and Oscar Feltrin, as well as numerous relatives in Italy. Mario is predeceased by his parents Luigi and Adale, brothers Albino, Vito and Ferdinondo.
Service will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2013 at 11:00 am at Notre Dame Catholic Church, 4731 Burke Road, Port Alberni, BC. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Mario’s memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of BC & Yukon, 401-495 Dunsmuir St., Nanaimo, BC V9R 6B9.
The family would like to thank Dr. Feyi, Dr. Sutcliffe, the nursing staff at West Coast General Hospital and the Ambulance attendants and all of the emergency personal for the excellent care they gave to Mario.
