It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mary Katherine van Adrichem in Port Alberni BC.
She will be sorely missed and lovingly remembered by her Husband Ted, Children, Grandchildren, Great grandchildren, Brother, several friends and relatives in Canada and the U.S.A.
There will be a private funeral July 10, 2021. Cremation has taken place.
