1920 — 2016 • Percy passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 12th at Port Alberni General Hospital. Percy was predeceased by his first wife Patricia, his daughter Carol, and grandson Rick Fix, and his three brothers Jack, Jim, and Ralph. He lost his dear wife Phyllis on February 13th, 2016 and never recovered from this loss. Phyllis was a widow with three children, sons Ray and Robin and daughter Ronnie and several grandchildren. On the Chisholm side of the family, Percy is survived by his devoted sister Dorothy, his grandson Cubby Fix and several nephews and nieces. Both families are very thankful to Dr.Williams, Dr. Van Zyl, Michelle Vogels, and the staff of West Coast General Hospital for their skills and kindness to Percy. A big thank you to Karen Burnett, Andrew Whytock, and John Beaulac for their constant kindness and care of Percy. At Percy’s request he has been cremated. A graveside service and memorial will take place on Saturday, July 16th, 11:00 am at Greenwood Cemetary with a lunch and celebration of life to follow.
