Peter "Per" Holm

March 18, 1948 - May 8, 2019
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Peter (Per) Holm. Peter passed away peacefully in his sleep on May 8th, 2019.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Paula, his son Darren, his daughter Leannah (Mike), grandchildren Kaily, Sarah, Justyne, Rebekah, Zakk, Joshua, Emma, Maleana, and great grandson, Avery.
Peter was born in 1948 in Copenhagen, Denmark. He immigrated to Port Alberni, BC in 1957 with his parents, Svend and Noomi Holm. In 1972, he married the love of his life, Paula. Peter and Paula raised their family in Port Alberni, before settling in Coquitlam in 1991.
Peter and Paula retired from work in 2004, and became snowbirds, spending winters in Yuma, Arizona and summers in Harrison Hot Springs - they have been travelling the world ever since. Peter will be fondly remembered for living life to the fullest and helping others to do the same. His laugh, and his famous catchphrase, "Life is good!" will echo in our hearts forever.
A Celebration of Life will be held on June 1st at 2 pm at All Saints Anglican Church, 6904 Lougheed Highway, Agassiz BC. A tea reception will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
